Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with every product you purchase from AluPacific. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you can return it within 30 days. You will then receive a full refund of your purchase price.
You must return the product unused, in the original packaging (where possible) and with all original documentation, parts and accessories.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a full refund

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any shipping damage or manufacturing defects claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. We require photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging for us to make a claim with the shipping carrier.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alupacific.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
