Alupacific uses DHL or UPS depending on the country the order is made from.
Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you an email with a tracking link from the shipping provider. This link can be used on the shipping partner’s website to see where your order is located.
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages immediately. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours. All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the carrier.
Payment
Unfortunately, you are only able to use one credit card to make your purchase on AluPacific.com. However; you may use a AluPacific gift card and credit card combination for your purchase.
We offer the following payment methods: iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay Visa, Amex, Bancontant.
Returns will be booked and refunded within 14 days. The refund will be made according to the payment method used by you. If we need longer, we ask for your understanding. After the 14 days have expired, please contact our customer service with your shipment number. We will then immediately inquire about the status of your return.
After receipt of payment you will receive an order confirmation by mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first. If you don't find any mail there either, please contact our customer service. Please use the contact form or send us an email to: info@alupacific.com
When an order is completed, you will first receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an invoice and shipping confirmation, in which you will find the invoice attached.
Online Purchase
Please check your spam folder. If you do not find an order confirmation there either, please contact our customer service at info@alupacific.com
You will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number via email as soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier
Unfortunately, an exchange for another color, size or item is only possible by placing a new order in the online store.
Please contact us as soon as possible at AluPacific.com. We will try to cancel the order or correct the errors in your information.
Returns en Exchanges
If you would like to return an item that you purchased on AluPacifc.com, please follow the instructions outlined below.
1. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
2. Contact info@alupacific for a prepaid shipping label.
3. Secure the prepaid shipping label Please make sure that the address to which it will ship is clearly legible.
4. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
5. Present the package to any authorized shipping outlet.
6. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.
7. Once your item has been delivered, please allow 3-5 days processing time within the warehouse for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is to the discretion of your bank on how long it takes for it to show up on your bank statement.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the product by following the Return Instructions.

From the factory, all case locks are set to 0-0-0
For security reasons, the lock on your travelite case does not have a reset button. This would allow unauthorized persons to reset it and gain access to the contents.
Yes, but only Customs and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) have these master keys. The key is only used so that the authority can open a suitcase without damage and check its contents in specific cases of suspicion.
Customs and TSA are under no circumstances authorized to issue or even lend this key to travelers.
Of course, AluPacific does not have such a key either.
Please do not be surprised: Our cases never come with a key, because the locks are opened and closed with a combination of numbers. You can read how to set your lock with your personal combination of numbers in the instructions enclosed with each case (see also the question "What is the factory setting for the case lock?"). There are master keys, but these are only available to customs or the TSA ("Transportation Security Administration").
